1. After meeting us through our website or in person, the candidate will forward us the scanned copies of his 1st and 2nd PUC marks sheets with at least 60% aggregate in the second PUC, along with the copy of his valid passport.
2.Student will register with us to start the admission process in his selected university.
3. After getting the consent from the university we will provide the student with the University's application fom, which the student will fill and forward it to us along with the "Administrative charges, & Application form fee" of the university, which differs from each university. We will advise you accordingly.
4, The University will send the Admission Notice to our office after enrolling the candidates. The officials at Shikshaa.net will send the Admission Notice and Visa Application (JW202) to the candidates in time.
5. The student will undergo medical test from a recognized medical facility and the completed Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (we provide the blank format for it), that has to filled and stamped by the physician.
6, You will forward the copy of the medical report along with the application form. He will retain the original medical report to be submitted to the university upon his arrival in China.
7. Submit to the Chinese Embassy or consulate JW202 Form for stamping the visa on his passportwithin due time.
8. We will have made flight reservation to China for student to fly by mid-September of the year during the registration with the Agency.
9. We will advise you the exact date of flight. The student can fly to China, where he will be received by the University staff and then they lodge him/her safely into a fully furnished shared room in an air conditioned hostel.
10. Next day the student will attend to his regular classes in the University.
